Digital copies of cine film footage taken by John Jewell over a period of 50 years. Subjects include the Punjab Athletic Championships, 1940s [during which time Jewell was working for Attock Oil Refinery in Pakistan]; Commonwealth, Olympics and European Championships meetings; and numerous events held in the United Kingdom including cross-country championships, London to Brighton races, Polytechnic Marathon and numerous other road and track races.

The Road Runners Club made these digital copies of the cine films in 2010, including a set in John Jewell's papers and thus allowing the footage to be accessed by researchers. The original cine films are not available for consultation.
